He was born on 23rd of April 1982 in a small village called Bobbili .After Completing his high school studies he joined Bachelors of Dental surgery at Lenora Institute of Dental Sciences , Rajamahendravaram , and graduated in the year 2007.

From 2007 to 2009 ,Dr.KalyanChakravartypersued private practice at Rajamahendravaram and Simultaneously persued training , in Advanced Dental procedures namely Rotary Endodontics , Laser Dentistry , Dental Inplants and Smile Designing .

Finally in the year 2010 Started APPLE DENTAL SPECIALITIES at Vizianagaram With an aim of providing the latest up to date Modern Dental treatments and facilities to the public of Vizianagaram .
